1) Choose a niche.
2) Create a name-capture page offering a free report,
  ecourse, or other content in exchange for the opt-in.
3) Drive traffic using Google AdWords and other PPCs to
  your name capture page (you should convert at least 10%
  of your visitors into subscribers).
4) Promote affiliate programs to your subscribers in your
  content as well as in the follow-up sequence to off-set
  the costs of the pay per click ads (and even generate a
  profit in some cases…)
